Who we are
DK Creative Design Services LLC ("DK Creative," "we," "us") runs this website at dkcreativedesign.com. Questions about this policy can be sent to danielle@dkcreativedesign.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us:
- Project form: your name, email, and anything else you add, such as phone, business or event name, services, budget, date and message.
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address, if you join the list from the project form or the footer.
- Emails you send us directly.
We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell your information.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your inquiry, quote and deliver the work you ask for, and, if you opted in, send occasional newsletter emails. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by replying to any email or writing to us.
Services that help run the site
A few outside services handle parts of the site, and they process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and may log basic technical information like IP address and browser type for security and performance.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits and page views without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.
- Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Google Workspace hosts our email.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces, which means your browser connects to Google when a page loads.
Links to Instagram and other sites take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Cookies and storage
This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies, and our visit counts come from cookie-free analytics. It stores a small note in your browser for the current visit so the opening animation only plays once.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails as long as needed to respond, do the work and keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to be removed from the newsletter, by emailing danielle@dkcreativedesign.com.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. Some content on this site is intended for audiences 21 and older.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
